I am also an AHPRA registered Supervisor and EMDR Consultant, offering supervision to EMDR therapists.
My Approach & Philosophy
Experienced Trauma Therapist
I am an experienced trauma therapist with over 200 hours of training and years of practical experience, specialising in helping individuals navigate the effects of trauma. My focus is on guiding clients through trauma recovery using EMDR Therapy, an evidence-based method for processing distressing memories.
Safe, Supportive Healing
I create a safe, supportive environment that addresses both the emotional and physiological impacts of trauma, helping clients reconnect with themselves and reduce their symptoms. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from Defence, Police, Healthcare, and other walks of life.
Empowering Resilience
I am dedicated to empowering clients to regain control over their lives and move forward with confidence and resilience. If you are struggling, I encourage you to reach out—your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
I have experience
treating a diverse range of psychological issues
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is a highly effective, evidence-based treatment specifically designed to address trauma and a variety of psychological issues.
EMDR helps clients confront and reprocess traumatic experiences, reducing the emotional intensity and core beliefs developed at the time of the trauma, as well as alleviating symptoms associated with PTSD, such as flashbacks, anxiety, avoidance and hyperarousal.
In addition to PTSD, EMDR effectively addresses a range of psychological issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, phobias, and stress-related conditions. By fostering resilience and empowering clients, EMDR therapy enables individuals to regain control over their lives and cultivate healthier coping mechanisms. If you are seeking effective treatment for trauma and its effects, EMDR may be the right choice for your healing journey.
